Call for Special Sessions

Special Sessions are intended to highlight current research directions, foster collaboration across disciplines, and encourage the submission of high-quality papers in focused areas. Each session should include 4–6 accepted papers and will be part of the official conference proceedings.

Topics of Interest (but not limited to)

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Data Science, Big Data Analytics, and Knowledge Engineering
Internet of Things (IoT) and Smart Systems
Cybersecurity and Blockchain Technologies
Cloud, Edge, and Quantum Computing
Robotics, Automation, and Intelligent Control
Nanotechnology and Smart Materials
Biomedical Systems and Health Informatics
Sustainable Energy and Green Technologies
Advanced Communication and Signal Processing Systems

Proposal Guidelines

Each Special Session proposal must include the following details:

Title of the Special Session
Description (max 300 words) of the session topic, significance, and objectives
Organizer(s) Information: Full Name(s), Affiliation(s), Email(s)
List of Potential Contributors (if available)
Short Biography (approx. 150 words) for each organizer

Important Dates

Proposal submission deadline: November 20, 2025
Notification of acceptance: December 5, 2025
Conference dates: April 25–27, 2026

Responsibilities of Special Session Organizers

Promote the session and attract quality submissions.
Coordinate the review process in collaboration with the Technical Program Committee.
Ensure accepted papers meet IEEE formatting and quality standards.
Chair the session during the conference.
